What is Owner Direct on Gambia Home Finder ?
Owner Direct is a section on the platform where property owners are able to advertise their property for sale or rent direct to to the general public bypassing the need for Agents and associated fees. This way owners can take back control of the whole property transaction process.
How can listing with Owner Direct save me money ?
In The Gambia, Estate Agent commission can be as much as 10% per property on sales, equating to for example with an 8 Million Dalasi property the vendor could end up paying out 800,000 Dalasi in commission to the Agent.
