1. Properties on Gambia Home Finder
We have two different kinds of property for sale listings on this website. There are properties available from our network of vetted, trusted agents who we work with regularly. Perhaps more interestingly we have a selection of available properties for sale directly from the owners. As a valued buyer you will be able to communicate directly to both owners and agents.
2. Can GHF negotiate for me ?
Yes sure we can. If you find a property on this website that you are interested in and you prefer to have a professional third party liaise and negotiate on your behalf that’s not a problem.

3. Is it safe buying from Agents ?
The honest answer is yes it can be but not always. Obviously like anywhere else in the world you have to do your due diligence. Gambia does have a reputation for having some unprofessional unscrupulous Real Estate Agents. However there are still some that are excellent. Try to stick with companies rather than single Agents even though there are good and bad in both categories.

4.How do you make a purchase ?

I would consider purchasing Gambian property a good investment. If you asked me the same question 5 to 10 years ago I would say wait and see.
The Gambia is going through a renaissance at the moment. We have stable governance, democratic norms, a young population and a reputation for being one of Africa’s safest countries.
This is a rapidly developing country even though not fully developed. This is where the investment opportunities lay.
There are good reasons why we now have so many investors from Asia and Worldwide making Gambia their trading place and home.
