Can any Agent list on Gambia Home Finder ?
No, not just any Agent can list on our platform and have access to our customer base. We only accept professional Agents who are reputable, known to our submissions team, and work from an office within The Gambia. All agents need to submit their details to the submission team for verification or need to be invited by one of the Gambia Home Finder team.
I am an Agent. How much does it cost to list ?
At the moment we are offering reputable Agent's and Developers a free listing period for 3 months initially. We will review this price structure after the special offer period ends. One of our team will be in touch prior to the listing period expiration.
How many properties can I list on the website ?
In the special offer free listing period, we are offering Rental Agents 10 property listings. For Sales Agents we are offering 20 property listings within the 3 month period. Any property that sells or rents within the period we will permit the Agent to replace that property with another.
Can I list properties for Sale and also to Rent ?
Yes. If your company has successfully been admitted to the platform. You will be able to list both sales and rental properties. Gambia Home Finder retains the right to remove any listing or company from our platform without notice.
Do you have anymore Services to offer Agents ?
Yes we do have some additional Agent support services. We can offer Cross Marketing, where we can assist agents with access to European customers, we are happy to share commissions or be paid for our services. If you are interested in Advertising, Marketing and Promotion in Europe please contact the office.
We have a full suite of seller support services to help owners as well as Agents to reach their property goals. Please get in touch with us to discuss how we can combine skills and help each other on a business to business basis. We are also happy to help smaller Agents who don't have ifastructure in place.
